E. Cecilia Ray, the Founder of Household Management Services, holds a Master's Degree from Pacific Lutheran
University. She has been a public school teacher, teacher trainer, church administrator, storefront and online
business owner, and has handled the finances for clients in a residential home. She founded and managed Vision Quest
Educational Center in Everett, Washington for over 9 years. Cecilia has a wide range of experience
in the fields of finance, personal growth, organization and planning. Her work experience includes business accounting,
personal finance management, and a variety of scheduling, tracking and planning tasks. In the process she has acquired
many skills, created many organizational tools, and developed an ability to create systems that meet the needs of a particular
project. She has a knack for taking the complicated and turning it into simple steps with systems that make it easy
to understand.
